Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with Asset Awareness and with your Asset Tracker program and kit experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Asset Tracker program, you can return the kit materials you received for a refund of the full purchase price, excluding shipping and handling.
Materials must be shipped within 30 days of date shipped, along with a copy of your purchase receipt. Return postage or shipping must be pre-paid by purchaser.
If paid by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. If paid by check, a check will be issued and mailed to the original purchaser at the address shown on the sales receipt. All credit or refund payments will be made within 5-7 business days from the date the product is received by Asset Awareness.

Asset Awareness does not warrant results of individual application or use its Asset Tracker program, and is not responsible for consequential, punitive or other damages. The purchaser and/or individual using the product agrees to hold Asset Awareness, L.L.C. harmless from any product liability or legal action.
